Frequently Asked Questions

Who can request cards?

We partner with longterm senior care and assisted living facilities, including nursing homes, retirement centers, skilled nursing wings, in the Central Texas area. Eligible care facilities can request cards via the form above.

How many requests can we submit?

Facilities may submit requests for cards up to three times per year, with no more than one request every four months. Each request must be submitted separately via the form above.

How long will it take to fulfill our request?

Time needed to fulfill requests depends on the number of cards requested and the number of cards we have readily available. In general, we require a minimum of two weeks to process requests.

Can we request cards with a specific message or theme?

Most of our cards contain messages of well wishes and general “thinking of you” themes, which can be enjoyed any time of year. Requests for holiday-themed messages at appropriate times of year (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.) are accepted with plenty of advanced notice. Include a note in the form above, and we’ll do our best.

Can we request other gifts or services?

At the moment, we can only provide handmade cards via mail. If your facility is located in the Austin area, you can request to partner with our in-person programs, which serve local seniors through onsite arts classes and community events.
