When and where is the exhibition held?
The 2025 Exhibition will be held on Saturday, August 30, inside the ballroom at AARC, 8401 Cameron Rd. Austin, TX, 78754.
I filled out the volunteer form. Now what?
Keep an eye out for an email from us. You will need to sign our Volunteer Waiver form before we can assign you a shift. Once we receive your signed waiver, we’ll follow up with more details about the volunteer shift, role, and procedures.
Can I receive documentation of volunteer hours?
Yes, if you need to submit volunteer hours for an organization or school project, we can provide documentation after the event. Let us know that you’d like the hours to be tracked and documented.
I'm a minor. Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! Minors ages six and above can participate under the direct supervision of a parent volunteer. Minors age 16 and above can volunteer on their own with parent permission. Fill out the volunteer application above and we’ll be in touch with more details.
